Delivery and Return
Due to high demand at courier companies, your order may take time to reach you as it awaits its turn for dispatch from our warehouse. We appreciate your understanding as a member of the Serianno family during this period.
Exchange Policy
If the total amount of the item in your order matches the price of the new item, a direct exchange will be processed. If the new item costs less than the original item, the difference will be issued as a store credit, which can be used in our stores or on Serianno.com.tr. If the new item costs more than the original item, the price difference will be charged.
Return Policy
If the item complies with our return conditions, you may send it back to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. The item must be handed over to MNG Cargo within 7 days. The return code is valid for 7 days. If no action is taken within this period, the return code will expire, and a new return request will need to be created. Returns of items that have been used, opened, or otherwise lost their original condition will not be accepted.
Upon receipt, the item will be reviewed by the Serianno inspection team. If the team detects any signs of opening, tampering, damage, tearing, or use on the product or its packaging, the return will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued. Once the returned item is received and approved, an email notification will be sent to you. If the return meets our conditions, the total amount of the item will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase within 10 business days.
For purchases made with installment payments, Serianno makes a single payment to the bank, and the bank will process this as installments. Returns should be sent with MNG Cargo. Packages sent by other couriers with the payment on delivery will not be accepted.
Alternatively, you may return your item to one of our stores in exchange for store credit. For in-store returns, the item amount will be issued as a store credit, which can be used in our stores or on Serianno.com.tr. Refunds to your credit card are not available in our stores.
