Due to high demand at courier companies, your order may take additional time to reach you as it waits in the dispatch queue at the warehouse. We appreciate your understanding during this time on behalf of the Serianno family.
Exchange Policy
- If the amount of the item in your order matches the new item's amount, a direct exchange will be made.
- If the amount of the new item is less than the item in your order, the difference will be provided to you as a store credit voucher. You can use this voucher in our stores or on Serianno.com.tr.
- If the amount of the new item exceeds that of the item in your order, the difference will be charged to you.
Return Policy
If the product meets the return conditions, you can send it back to us within 14 days from the delivery date using the easy return option. You can deliver the product to MNG Cargo within 7 days. The return code is valid for 7 days. If no action is taken within this period, the return code becomes invalid, and you will need to create a new return request. Returns of items that have been used, unsealed, or have lost their originality for similar reasons will not be accepted.
The returned item will first be inspected by the Serianno inspection team. If the team detects any opening, damage, breakage, deterioration, tearing, or signs of use on the product or its packaging, the return will not be accepted, and a refund will not be issued. When your returned product reaches us and is approved, you will receive an email notification. If the return conditions are met, the product amount will be refunded to your card within 10 business days.
For purchases made in installments, Serianno makes a single payment to the bank, and the bank processes it in installments. Returns must be sent via MNG Cargo. Cash-on-delivery packages from other courier companies are not accepted.
If you prefer, you can also make your return at our stores in exchange for a store credit voucher. When returning at a store, the amount of the item in your order will be provided as a store credit voucher. You can use this voucher in our stores or on Serianno.com.tr. Refunds to credit cards are not available in our stores.
