Purpose
Seir Örme Ticaret A.Ş. (“Seir Örme Brand” or “Company”) aims to process the personal data of individuals who contact its call center in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and other relevant legislation.
Due to your contact with the Seir Örme Brand call center, we inform you that the personal data you provide or that are obtained by our Company in any manner will be processed by Seir Örme Brand, as the "Data Controller." This processing will be carried out for the purposes that require such processing and in connection with, limited to, and proportional to these purposes. Your personal data will be retained in the most accurate and up-to-date form reported by you to us, and processed under the conditions specified in the KVKK.
Method of Collecting Your Personal Data
Seir Örme Brand will process your personal data through the call center in line with the purposes specified in this Information Disclosure Statement. If there is any change in the purpose of processing your personal data, this Information Disclosure Statement will be updated and reissued by Seir Örme Brand.
The personal data collected by Seir Örme Brand via the call center include the following: Full name, email address, phone number (mobile phone), voice recording, address information, product information, billing information. Your personal data are collected electronically through any information you provide to our Company via the call center.
Explanations Regarding the Processing of Your Personal Data
If the purpose for which Seir Örme Brand uses the personal data of individuals who call the call center has ended, the Company may retain the data if required by another law or if the individual provides separate consent. Otherwise, when the purpose for data processing ends, Seir Örme Brand will immediately delete, destroy, or anonymize the personal data.
Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Your Personal Data
Your personal data will be processed in compliance with the provisions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, either through automated or non-automated methods, in line with the purposes outlined below.
The purposes for processing personal data are as follows and may be updated in accordance with Company policies and legal obligations:
- Conducting activities in compliance with legislation,
- Managing financial and accounting processes,
- Conducting/auditing business operations,
- Executing product/service sales processes,
- Managing customer relationship processes.
Your personal data are processed based on legal grounds when directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, when necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, and when necessary for processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Your personal data will be stored for the period specified in the relevant legislation, or for the duration required by the purpose of processing, and in any case, for the duration of statutory limitations.
Transfer of Your Personal Data to Third Parties
The procedures and principles related to personal data transfers are regulated under Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, and personal data may be transferred to third parties.
Your personal data may be transferred for the following purposes:
- Conducting activities in compliance with legislation,
- Managing financial and accounting processes,
- Conducting/auditing business operations,
- Executing product/service sales processes,
- Managing customer relationship processes.

Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, individuals whose personal data are processed may request the following rights from Seir Örme Brand:
- To learn whether their personal data are processed,
- If personal data are processed, to request information about this,
- To learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether they are used in line with this purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom their personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
- If their personal data are incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request their correction and to request that this transaction be notified to third parties to whom the personal data are transferred,
- To request the deletion, destruction, or anonymization of their personal data in accordance with the KVKK and other relevant law provisions, and to request that this transaction be notified to third parties to whom the personal data are transferred,
- To object to any outcome that arises against them through the exclusive analysis of processed data by automated systems,
- To request compensation if they suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of their personal data.
You may submit your requests arising from the KVKK in accordance with the procedures and principles specified in the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller. Seir Örme Brand will resolve the application requests free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days under Article 13 of the KVKK. If the request is denied, the reasons for denial will be communicated to you in writing or electronically, along with justifications.
The individual contacting the call center declares that the personal data subject to this Information Disclosure Statement are complete, accurate, and up-to-date. If there is any change in their personal data, the individual will inform Seir Örme Brand and request the update of their personal data. Seir Örme Brand will not be liable if the individual does not provide accurate and up-to-date information.
This Information Disclosure Statement may be revised by Seir Örme Brand when deemed necessary. You will be informed of any revisions.
