Order Tracking

• We work with UPS and Yurtiçi Kargo.

• The delivery time for the product you ordered is 3 - 5 business days.

• If the order has been shipped, the address change can only be made through the shipping companies. Please contact our Customer Service team for an address change request.

• We care about your satisfaction with the products you purchase from Serianno.com. However, if you wish to return a product, you can follow these steps:
Follow the steps under “My Account” and select “My Return Requests” - “Request a Return” to complete the return process.

• The return period is 14 days from the date of delivery.
• You may return products that have intact tags and retain their resalable qualities.
• Returns will not be accepted for used, washed, or damaged products.

• Once the products reach our warehouse, they are inspected for compliance with our return policy. If your return is accepted, you will be notified via email, and your money will be refunded. The amount for the canceled product will be refunded to your credit card. This information will be reflected in your credit card statement in accordance with your bank's policies.
